No refunds are provided once the booking has commenced, and leaving early does not qualify for a refund or prorated amount. Messaging with the booking assistant indicates potential services but is not a commitment. The service provider has the right to refuse any service without a refund, and you must be respectful and follow instructions. Failure to do so may result in a warning or termination of the booking, with compensation for the lost time still required.

Service will be denied if you are intoxicated or under the influence, deliberately do not follow the instructions of the service provider or support staff, are rude, use a recording device (including mobile devices), are believed to have illicit substances in your possession, have previously been denied service or banned, request any form of natural services or services without a protective barrier, or arrive with anything concealing your face and head.
