There are two separate verification stages:

1. Age and identity verification
   To confirm your age and identity, you can choose one of the following:

   • YOTI (recommended): Fast and secure digital verification.

   • By email: Send a clear photo of your ID document to our support team at [email protected].

2. Photo verification
   To verify that the photos on your profile are really you, please send us a verification photo:

   • Take a photo of yourself holding an A4 paper

   • On the paper, clearly write:

     • The word “Escortify”

   • Make sure your face and the text on the paper are both clearly visible.

   • Email this photo to [email protected] from the same email address you use on your Escortify account.

Once we have confirmed both your age/identity and your verification photo, your photos will be marked as verified.

Yes, but new photos may need additional review. Your ad can stay online while we check the new photos, but if something doesn’t meet the guidelines, the photo may be removed or you may be asked to re-verify.

Diamond advertising is the highest exposure option on Escortify. Diamond profiles:

• Are shown always on top of the website, in a special Diamond area

• Can receive 20–30 times more views than a Regular profile

• Come with a distinctive pink diamond badge

• Are also displayed in the VIP section

• 3 days – NZD $53.99

• 1 week – NZD $99.99

• 1 month – NZD $329.99

No, unused days cannot be refunded or returned.

Once a membership is purchased, it runs from the purchase date until the end date, regardless of whether your ad is visible or hidden during that period. You can hide your advertisement from the website at any time by clicking “Hide” next to your profile, but this does not stop or extend the membership period and we do not credit back unused days.

When you renew your advertisement, the new membership period starts from the day you top up (today), not from the previous expiry date.

This means you will not lose any days – you always get the full duration of the new package starting from the moment you renew.

You can pay for your advertising with: 

• Visa credit or debit card

• Mastercard

• Prezzy® card (a prepaid gift card available from PostShop and selected retailers in New Zealand)

This makes it easy to pay securely without long‑term contracts.

If a photo is removed, it usually means it did not meet our content guidelines (for example, too explicit,  or against our rules).

Standard memberships start from the time of activation, not from the moment of purchase. So if it took 24h to get your profile verified, you will not loose any membership time.

If you verify your age and identity via YOTI (recommended), the verification is usually instant – as soon as YOTI confirms your details, your profile can go live.

If you choose manual verification via email, it can take up to 24 hours for our team to review your documents and approve your profile.
