You can republish it yourself:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to “My advertisement” – you should see your previous ad.

3. Click “Extend”  and choose a package.

4. Complete the payment.

After that, your ad will be live again.

First, check your bank or card statement to see if the payment went through.

• If there is no successful charge, try again or contact your bank.

• If you see a successful charge but your ad did not update, contact support with:

  • Your profile link

  • The time of payment

  • Any error message or screenshot

We will check your payment and fix the issue if something went wrong on our side.

You can pay for your advertising with: 

• Visa credit or debit card

• Mastercard

• Prezzy® card (a prepaid gift card available from PostShop and selected retailers in New Zealand)

This makes it easy to pay securely without long‑term contracts.

Yes. Payments on Escortify are processed in a Level 1 PCI‑compliant environment, which is the highest standard for payment security. You pay with trusted methods (Visa, Mastercard and Prezzy® card), and there are no automatic subscriptions – you only pay when you choose to buy or renew a plan.

There are several common reasons why a card payment might fail:

• Insufficient funds or limits – not enough balance or your daily limit is reached.

• Wrong card details – number, expiry date or CVC typed incorrectly.

• 3D Secure / extra security not completed – some cards require an extra SMS/app confirmation.
  
  

What you can try:

1. Double‑check the card details you entered.

2. Make sure your bank allows online and international transactions 

3. Try another card, or use a Prezzy® card, which you can buy in NZ and load with the amount you need.

4. If it still fails, contact your bank and ask why the payment is being declined, then let us know if you still need help.

All advertising on Escortify is prepaid according to the plans on our Pricing page (3 days, 1 week or 1 month).

As a rule, we can’t just add free extra days on request – the length of your ad is based on the plan you pay for.
