The following blurb is intended solely for operational purposes. It is not a personal or flirty biography but a concise summary of relevant information for functional use. Please excuse my methodical approach – I’m 'real' in person, after the business side of things is done :)

— Services I DO offer —

- Incalls: The venue is located in the CBD. It has a 9/10 rating on Expedia, and I have an excellent rapport with the managers of the property. It is in a discreet and convenient location with parking directly outside of my room and that cannot be seen from the road. The room is clean and spacious, featuring air conditioning, a king-sized bed, kitchen, lounge area, shower, and spa. Condiments are provided. Just bring your wallet and yourself :)

- Outcalls: No extra charge for bookings within a 30 km radius of the CBD. A $50 surcharge applies to outcalls within a 60 km radius of the CBD. A minimum 2-hour booking is required for locations beyond a 60 km radius of the CBD. Outcalls requiring more than 1.5 hours of travel require a 20% deposit, a $100 surcharge per hour of travel, and a minimum 2-hour booking. I have my own safe and reliable transport. Living situations must be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation (e.g., 2+ people present at the venue or RVs).

- Phone consultations: 30-minute phone consultations can be provided for service users who need more guidance in making bookings.

- Standard bookings: include one shot, handjob, blowjob, intercourse, massage, and standard sex-positions (doggy-style kneeling or standing, and missionary with male or female on top).

- GFE bookings: include standard booking services, plus multishots, multiple sex-positions, passionate kissing, passionate mutual oral (includes cunnilingus), and are basically more “girlfriendly”.


— Services I DO NOT offer —

- Services under 30 minutes.

- Virtual: I do not provide ANY virtual services, except for phone consultations. I do not send pictures. I do not engage in lengthy conversations via text/email. If our business requires extensive consultation, a phone consultation service and fee will be required. If text/email is not feasible (private numbers ONLY... I understand :)), then phone calls will be accepted. You will do the majority of the talking, with a maximum of 2 minutes to share your name, type of service (e.g., incall/outcall and GFE/standard), length of booking, and then I will assist with logistics/confirmation of the booking.

- Natural: Absolutely NO natural services are provided in my business.

- Car jobs: Absolutely NO car jobs are provided in my business.


— Grey areas —

- Extras: I have some experience with 'role-play,' 'tease and tie,' ‘greek,' and 'light BDSM.' If you are interested in the extras listed above, an initial (separate) booking of standard/GFE is required to build rapport. Afterward, I will consider providing the extra(s) depending on compatibility and feasibility. If an extra you are interested in is not listed on my profile, I do not provide that service, so please do not ask.

- 24+ hour bookings: A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking, as well as separate sleeping quarters (i.e., Airbnb, hotel, motel, etc.). If you are unable to provide separate sleeping quarters, a shorter initial (separate) GFE/standard booking is required to build rapport. Afterward, I will consider providing a longer service depending on compatibility and feasibility.

- ‘Pre-booking’ vs. ‘Available now’: Pre-bookings are preferred because I can plan for and around the booking. In the same vein, sometimes serendipity comes into play. The biggest concern here is my preparedness (quality control regarding logistics, etc.) and service users missing out.

- RSVP: In case I am otherwise engaged, service users may receive a delayed response after reaching out to me. I will RSVP as soon as I am available to do so. However, if you would prefer that I DO NOT RSVP, please state this in a concluding message.

- Miracle worker: While I have managed a miracle or two in my lifetime, I am not a ‘miracle worker.’ I mention this because sometimes the chemistry is just off for whatever reason. In this case, I tend to do what’s within my power/role with a ‘there’s more than one way to skin a cat’ attitude x

— Musts —

- Pay upfront and in cash: for all services/rates agreed upon. I do not accept bank transfers. However, I would consider a safe, roadworthy car (not for me :))

- Be healthy: Health exam upfront - namely for STDs/STIs and contagious infections/diseases. If you are unwell, either in the ethereal or corporeal sense, the booking may be terminated upon discovery of ill health. Depending on the circumstances (e.g., if you knowingly expose me to an STI), you may not receive a refund.

- Shower: All service users must shower to a satisfactory degree immediately before the service commences. Service users who shower before I am present will be scrutinised. Please don’t be offended if I ask you to shower again.

- Wear a condom: This is non-negotiable. A condom must be worn throughout any sexual acts.


— Immediate Termination —

- With refund: service users may terminate the booking within the first 5 minutes of the booking (no physical contact made).

- Without refund: physical or verbal abuse, non-consensual condom removal (stealthing), wilful exposure to STIs/STDs or other contagious infections/diseases. I’m pretty robust, so a head cold is inconsequential here :)
